The people of the hotel were amazing. We arrived at 10am (not supposed to check in before 14h) but the lady was so kind and they prepared a room for us in 50min (we didn’t sleep because were at the airport and then walked 2h in the sun) The bed was very comfy and the shower very nice. Everything was clean. The location is amazing very close to the sea and the carmel market. The wifi was working well We highly recommend it !!

Location of hotel, care and relation of personnel, and cleaning of the room were very satisfactory. The only disappointing feature is the absence of elevator. All the rest was very good. \We return to this hotel several times per year.

I just stayed 2 nights, due the Yom Kippur they upgraded to a new accommodation. The new hotel was excellent, big room, comfortable and clean.

The location, nearAllenby, close to the beach... A great café to hang around just next door, the proximity with the Carmelite market...The staff was very helpful, and friendly... One can find used books to replce the one just finished... A coffee machine that you can use freely...

Clean, daily housekeeping service, super friendly staff, bakery, cafe, pizzeria and chinese restaurants within the building, great value for the money

I have been here many times. Very good. Standard hotel, has coffee room and food warmer. The counter staff is very friendly
