The people of the hotel were amazing. We arrived at 10am (not supposed to check in before 14h) but the lady was so kind and they prepared a room for us in 50min (we didn’t sleep because were at the airport and then walked 2h in the sun) The bed was very comfy and the shower very nice. Everything was clean. The location is amazing very close to the sea and the carmel market. The wifi was working well We highly recommend it !!

Location of hotel, care and relation of personnel, and cleaning of the room were very satisfactory. The only disappointing feature is the absence of elevator. All the rest was very good. \We return to this hotel several times per year.

By Tel Aviv standards, great value & had all the facilities we needed - The staff were helpful & the place felt homely

I just stayed 2 nights, due the Yom Kippur they upgraded to a new accommodation. The new hotel was excellent, big room, comfortable and clean.

The location, nearAllenby, close to the beach... A great café to hang around just next door, the proximity with the Carmelite market...The staff was very helpful, and friendly... One can find used books to replce the one just finished... A coffee machine that you can use freely...

perfect position you can go everywhere. plasure staff in particular Yaniv who make us confortable!! we want to return as soon as!!! 😍

Clean, daily housekeeping service, super friendly staff, bakery, cafe, pizzeria and chinese restaurants within the building, great value for the money

Great location, very friendly staff; small, but sufficient rooms, good value for the money in a very expensive city.

Amazing location - I would say the best area to stay in Tel Aviv as a tourist. The beach is just a few steps away, 30-mins to Old Jaffa, Sarona or the new port. Very close to Carmel market and all good bars and restaurants. The staff was friendly (as everyone in Israel actually).
